Shevchenko Milan talks are 'frozen'

AC MILAN vice-president Adriano Galliani says talks to bring Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko back to the San Siro are "frozen". Milan wanted to take the player on loan with a right to buy, but Chelsea are believed to prefer an outright sale.
Meanwhile, Portsmouth have signed Arsenal's French left-back Armand Traore on a one-year loan.
