Nerlinger joins Bayern as Klinsmann's aide

FORMER Rangers player Christian Nerlinger, 35, has been named as the new team manager at Bayern Munich. Nerlinger was the No 1 candidate for new Bayern head coach Jurgen Klinsmann. They played together back in the mid-1990s when they won the Uefa Cup and Bundesliga for Munich.
Nerlinger, who retired two years ago, said: "I wouldn't have taken a job with any other club in the world at this stage of my life."

#1 yes thats right the system is different in Germany, Klinsmann is the coach and Nerlinger the Manager.
