AC MILAN legend George Weah has urged his former club to do everything possible to sign Emmanuel Adebayor from Arsenal.
The Serie A side and Spanish giants Barcelona have targeted the Togo striker, who scored 30 goals in all competitions last season for the Gunners.

Weah, a former European and world player of the year, was at Milan for five years and feels Adebayor would fit the bill at the San Siro.

"He's a good player and if Milan contract him I think it's a good thing," said Weah.

"It's a good thing for Milan because they need good players.

"He has good skills, he's strong and he's a good scorer. If Milan have the possibility to take him to AC Milan, that's a good deal for them."
