FORFAR kept up their fine away form with a comfortable win.
Graham Gibson gave them a fifth-minute lead when he scored from close range.
Jamie Dunbar hit an equaliser after 17 minutes from 20 yards which left Ally Brown with no chance.
But
Martyn Fotheringham put Forfar back in front early in the second half when he bundled the ball home. Johnny Russell then sealed the win after 58 minutes.
Elgin City 1
Albion Rovers 6BOBBY Barr and Kevin Watt both scored hat-tricks as Albion Rovers thrashed eight-man Elgin City.
Rovers were 1-0 up inside 10 minutes when Kevin Watt slid the ball home. It was 2-0 on the half hour, with Barr's first. David Niven was then sent off.
Barr (50) and Watt (56) both got seconds before Elgin's Craig Campbell and Kenny Gilbert were sent off. Barr grabbed his hat-trick in 83, Darren Shallicker got a consolation and Watt got his third with seconds left.
Dumbarton 2
Cowdenbeath 1DUMBARTON claimed the points in a dramatic finale. Ben Gordon headed the winner in injury time after Paul McQuade had scored for Cowdenbeath only moments earlier.
Former Raith striker Derek Carcary gave Dumbarton the lead with a superb solo goal.
Cowdenbeath had their chances too and David McEwan made a fine save from John Gemmill in the first half.
But Dumbarton sealed it in the frantic finish.
Montrose 3
East Stirlingshire 0MONTROSE brushed aside ten-man East Stirling 3-0 at Links Park.
Montrose took a deserved lead in 11 minutes. Scott Anson got his head to a Kevin Bradley free-kick, and it flew past Jamie Barclay in the Stirling goal.
Gary Kelly missed a penalty just before the interval that would have hauled Stirling level.
Jamie Buchan headed home on 58 minutes before Brian Graham was sent off. Bradley capped a fine display scoring in 73 minutes.
Stenhousemuir 2
Berwick Rangers 0STENHOUSEMUIR deservedly got the points in a one-sided affair at Ochilview.
The Warriors took the lead in 20 minutes after Kevin Motion's corner found John Ovenstone, and he powerfully headed home.
The impressive Motion was involved again as his side went 2-0 up in 76 minutes. He burst into the box and was tripped by Tommy Lennox, Dalziel made no mistake from the spot.
