KEVIN Bradley gave Montrose a late win with an opportunist strike with just 12 minutes left.
He turned in a cross from Paul Stewart at the back post to keep his side in touch at the top.
Albion went closest before that when Marc Pollock's 30-y
ard strike rebounded of the underside of the crossbar and bounced in front of the line.
Montrose almost doubled their advantage on 83 minutes when a John Baird free kick hit the upright.

East Stirlingshire 0COLIN Cramb almost scored for the visitors as early as the first minute, but his ambitious effort was tipped over by Scott Gallacher.
Michael Bolochoweckyj was next to threaten for East Stirling, but his looping header was just off target on 30 minutes.
Just after the hour mark Gallacher had a rush of blood to the head, allowing Cramb to round him, but Sandy Hodge got back to clear off the line in an otherwise poor 0-0 draw.
Dumbarton 4
Annan Athletic 1DUMBARTON romped to a convincing victory but were aided by Peter Watson who scored two own goals.
His first came in only six minutes when he turned in a cross by Gordon Lennon and he scored his second with a flying header just before half-time to put Dumbarton four up.
In between, Paul Keegan made it 2-0 and Ross Clark got the third from the penalty spot.
Alan Inglis scored for Annan in the second half with a stunning free-kick.
Stenhousemuir 1
Forfar Athletic 1A LAST-GASP equaliser from Sean Kilgannon gave Forfar an unlikely 1-1 draw.
Stenhousemuir were the better side in the opening period, but were unable to capitalise on their pressure until 60 minutes, when Andrew Brand crossed from the right and Scott Dalziel headed in.
David Dunn almost equalised two minutes later, and that looked to be Forfar's last chance, before Kilgannon curled home a free-kick deep into stoppage time.
